Description

Our client, a leading advanced manufacturing and industrial technology company, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Operations Engineering team supporting production, quality, and cross-functional manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset which will align successfully in the organization. 

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer (8-month contract)

Location: Clearwater, FL

Pay Range: $37/hour

 

What’s the Job?

  • Develop, document, and maintain manufacturing processes and work instructions to support production goals.
  • Analyze production workflows, equipment layouts, and assembly methods to improve efficiency and product quality.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing and production line issues to minimize downtime and improve performance.
  • Coordinate with engineering, quality, production, and supply chain teams to implement process improvements.
  • Determine tooling, parts, and equipment requirements needed to achieve manufacturing objectives and product specifications.

 

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing support or production environment.
  • Experience creating and updating manufacturing work instructions and process documentation.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, continuous improvement methodologies, and root cause analysis.
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by U.S. export control regulations (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, protected status, or eligible for export authorization).
