    A growing aerospace manufacturing company in the Greater Phoenix area is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Engineer to support production optimization, continuous improvement initiatives, and new product introduction efforts within a high precision manufacturing environment.This role will partner closely with operations, quality, and engineering teams to improve manufacturing flow, reduce waste, and drive process efficiencies across the facility. The company is looking for someone with a strong lean manufacturing background who enjoys being hands‑on with process improvement and production support.Responsibilities Lead continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen events, 5S, and Value Stream MappingImprove production flow, cycle times, and manufacturing throughputDevelop and document standard work instructions and manufacturing processesSupport facility layout improvements and workstation optimizationIdentify cost reduction opportunities and assist with capital equipment justificationSupport new product introduction activities including tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing methodsConduct root cause analysis and support quality improvement initiativesPartner with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve overall operationsAssist with safety and ergonomic improvement initiativesQualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, ideally within aerospace or high precision manufacturingExperience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologiesFamiliarity with ERP systems, CAD software, and advanced ExcelExperience supporting NPI, process optimization, and production environmentsSix Sigma or Lean certifications are highly preferredAdditional Information U.S. Person status required due to ITAR regulationsStrong long‑term growth opportunity within a stable manufacturing environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
