You will also have the opportunity to work with other like‑minded, self‑directed, and detail‑oriented Top Talents in a highly collaborative and professional environment.Position Description (Principal Duties and Responsibilities) Providing engineering support to a manufacturing process, project or function.Evaluating manufacturing outcomes.Implementing continuous improvements and cost efficiencies.Supporting NPI and new equipment/process introductions.Directly supporting yield sustainment.Working on production lines that have been a part of a manufacturing transfer.Overseeing sending site processes between two different locations.Disassembling and cleaning tasks will be in one facility.Assembling, functional testing, and packaging will be at another facility.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical or Electrical).1‑3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, preferably in the medical device or regulated industry.Proficiency in CAD software and statistical process control (SPC) tools.Ability to troubleshoot simple electrical and mechanical systems.Proven ability to identify yield issues, trace them to their source, and implement sustainable countermeasures.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Seniority level Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type ContractJob function Manufacturing and EngineeringIndustries Medical Equipment ManufacturingBenefits Medical insuranceVision insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
