Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and protocols to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Apply principles of Lean Manufacturing to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Manage projects effectively from initial concept through to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met within the agreed timeframes and budget.
  • Participate in product development initiatives, working closely with other departments to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness of new products.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of manufacturing issues and develop effective corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design changes and new product introductions.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
  • Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, Product Development, and Engineering Design.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC Machining, manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Project Management would be an advantage.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
