We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), EV battery modules, or high-voltage battery systems to develop and support End-of-Line (EOL) test systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop automated EOL test fixtures for battery modules.
Support BMS validation and communication using CAN, CAN FD, I2C, and MODBUS.
Integrate and troubleshoot battery testing equipment (DMM, ACIR/DCIR, thermal cameras, etc.).
Optimize manufacturing processes, test automation, and production efficiency.
Ensure compliance with battery safety and quality standards.
Design and develop automated EOL test fixtures for battery modules.
Support BMS validation and communication using CAN, CAN FD, I2C, and MODBUS.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering.
4+ years of experience with high-voltage battery systems, EV, or BESS manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with EOL testing, automated test fixtures, and battery validation.
Proficiency in SolidWorks/Inventor, AutoCAD Electrical/EPLAN, and CAN communication tools.
Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering.
4+ years of experience with high-voltage battery systems, EV, or BESS manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with EOL testing, automated test fixtures, and battery validation.
Proficiency in SolidWorks/Inventor, AutoCAD Electrical/EPLAN, and CAN communication tools.
Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
