  • Experience with SAP, MES, AutoCAD, Creo, or FANUC robotics is preferred.

Description:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute manufacturing engineering projects within the foundry and assembly operations. 
  • Design, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and production systems. 
  • Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, operators, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support production goals. 
  • Conduct engineering testing, process validation, inspections, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Support project planning, engineering standards, product development, and manufacturing implementation. 
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, identify process improvements, and provide technical support on the shop floor. 
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards. 
  • Spend approximately 75% of the time on the manufacturing floor supporting production operations.
