Seeking a Mechanical Engineering professional to support stamping tooling design reviews, monitor tool construction, and coordinate die tryout activities to ensure manufacturability and quality.
Responsibilities include verifying compliance with standards, resolving tooling issues, supporting build events and launch milestones, and documenting risks and corrective actions.
Skills required:
- Strong background in stamping tooling, die development, and automotive processes.
- Experience with tool shops, die tryout, and production readiness.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- BSc in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience supporting automotive launches and global tool shop operations.
- Knowledge of quality validation and lean manufacturing.
