Position Responsibilities:
Develops and delivers Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and on-the-job training for manufacturing roles, facilitating team member qualifications to optimize performance and ensure compliance with company guidelines an report training status and completion on monthly basis
Design training content inclusive of pictures, charts, graphics, and videos using Microsoft Suite Applications, Rise 360, SwipeGuide, etc.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and department leaders to ensure understanding of training and effective transfer of knowledge and skills
Coordinate the Train-the-Trainer programs utilizing SME's or Safety Manager as directed by plant location
Maintain and update plant specific documentation library consisting of reference materials, videos, publications, photos, etc.
Take appropriate action when violations to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) occur or when Process Controls suggestions are made
Other duties as assigned
