Design, build, and maintain analytics & visualization solutions (PowerBI, Tableau, etc). Serve as primary liaison between Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Supply-Chain, IT Security, and external vendors, translating business needs into technical roadmaps. Architect, implement, and continuously improve a unified manufacturing data model that captures the full product-lifecycle. Stand-up and steward an enterprise cloud data warehouse/Lakehouse for the Manufacturing org. Create and maintain data-literacy programs & document for plant teams; delivering training on dashboards & self-service analytics. Work with QA teams to perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Power Platform solutions and ensure quality and performance. Salary: $148,550 - $168,550 per year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering Management, or a related field, plus 3 years of professional experience as a Power Platform Manager, Software Quality Assurance Analyst, or any occupation, job title, or position involving designing, developing, and implementing business solutions.

Must also have the following experience: 3 years of professional experience designing, building, and maintaining analytics and data visualization solutions using tools including Power BI and Tableau to support operational decision-making. 3 years of professional experience serving as a liaison between cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps. 3 years of professional experience architecting unified data models to support full product lifecycle visibility in manufacturing environments. 3 years of professional experience managing enterprise-scale cloud data. 3 years of professional experience developing with dashboards and self-service analytics tools. 3 years of professional experience creating scalable self-service analytics environments that empower business users. 3 years of professional experience collaborating with QA teams. 3 years of professional experience maintaining and continuously enhancing end-to-end data and analytics solutions to support digital transformation goals.
