JOB SUMMARY:
This Manufacturing Coordinator I plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing process. This position ensures that manufacturing orders are properly tracked, material issues are resolved promptly, and both internal and external delays are addressed to maintain production flow and meet delivery timelines. They are the first point of contact for inquiries related to manufacturing. Additional responsibilities include raw material assignments to Bills of Material and support the Manufacturing Coordinator II with dispatching and estimating as needed.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes related to metal fabrication and assembly.
Raw Material makeup and application use
Machining (tooling, setup, machining equipment)
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials management, and vendor coordination
Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
