Responsibilities
Manage and monitor daily manufacturing collections activities to meet deadlines.
Maintain accurate accounts receivable aging and pipeline reports.
Track and measure performance against daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing disputes promptly.
Communicate payment expectations and timelines to customers clearly.
Identify high-risk accounts and escalate to management with mitigation plans.
Assist in establishing and optimizing the collections pipeline within territory.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on collection progress.
Utilize CRM and ERP systems to update customer records and payment status.
Support temporary teams with process improvements and best practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and data privacy.
Proactively seek learning opportunities to grow into advanced collections roles.
Experience/Qualifications
Experience with Navision and Salesforce
Strong knowledge of AR aging, pipeline management, and KPI tracking.
Experience using CRM and ERP systems to update payments and notes.
Proven track record meeting daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.
Ability to communicate payment expectations clearly to customers.
Experience resolving billing disputes with cross-functional teams.
Identify high-risk accounts and implement mitigation plans.
Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and company policies.
Interest in growing into advanced collections roles and continuous learning.
Ability to work in a remote environment with high visibility of activity.
Willingness to contribute to process improvements and best practices.
