Manufacturing Clerk

ProSource Industries specializes in the manufacturing of precision components for Wire Harnesses, Cable Assemblies and Electrical Control Panels for OEM’S. We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Manufacturing Clerk to join our team. This role supports the daily administrative and documentation needs of manufacturing operations by maintaining accurate records, processing production documentation, updating company systems, and ensuring timely communication between departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable,

detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports the Manufacturing Department and

reports directly to the Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

•         Process and maintain production documentation including work orders, travelers, production records, certifications, and supporting documentation.

•         Upload and organize photos, inspection records, and manufacturing documentation within company systems.

•         Enter, update, and maintain accurate production data in ERP and other business systems.

•         Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, etc. to obtain and verify required documentation.

•         Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company requirements.

•         Assist with document control activities, including revision updates, filing, retention, and record management.

•         Generate reports and provide administrative support to manufacturing leadership as needed.

•         Support ISO, customer, and internal audit requirements by maintaining organized and accessible records.

•         Track and follow up on outstanding documentation to ensure timely completion.

•         Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.


Qualifications:

•         High School Diploma or GED.

•         Minimum 1 year of administrative, clerical, manufacturing support, or document control experience, preferred.

•         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

•         Experience working within ERP systems, preferred.

•         Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

•         Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

•         Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

•         Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

•         Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese is a plus but not required.
