Position Objective

Rochester's hometown brewery is seeking a hardworking, self-motivated individual to join our Projects/maintenance team. The Job is a commercial/industrial setting where we purpose to maintain and/or improve the vast complex facility in which our products are made, packaged, and warehoused. This position offers both opportunities for growth and skill development for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities

• To assist in any and all of the work related to carpentry department at a basic level included but not limited to:
• General painting
• General carpentry
• General masonry
• General insulation
• Ability to be trained in the operations of
• Forklift/ all-terrain forklift
• Ariel lifts (scissors/boom)
• Skid steer
• Ability to learn
• Use of fall protection
• Entrance into confined space
• Lock out/tag out

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent
• Solid work history
• Willingness to be instructed in trades
• Problem solving
• Understand and employ plumb/level/square
• Comfortable with power tools/equipment

Physical Requirements & Environmental

• Ability to lift 75lbs
• Ladder work/work at heights
• Frequent walking and stair climbing

Pay Rate: $25.45-36.01/hour, depending on qualifications and experience. The reference pay range represents step pay rates for this job, as set forth in the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
