Job Overview
The Manufacturing Calibration & Metrology Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, traceability, and compliance of measurement systems used in aerospace manufacturing. This role supports quality assurance by performing calibration, verification, and maintenance of inspection and test equipment in accordance with AS9100, ISO 17025, and customer requirements. The technician plays a critical role in ensuring measurement integrity and supporting product conformity in a highly regulated aerospace environment.

Required Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification(s) such as:
ASQ Certified Calibration Technician (CCT)
ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT)
Experience performing Gage R&R and MSA studies
Hands-on experience with CMM, optical comparators, or automated measurement systems
Knowledge of aerospace materials, machining, or assembly processes
Experience with ERP/MES systems and digital quality tools
