Schedule Firemen’s Rotation- 2 Day Shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 2 Night Shifts: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 4 Days On / 3 Days Off
Job Responsibilities- Perform basic machine operation with guidance from an experienced operator.
- Make basic machine adjustments when needed.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
- Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety policies.
- Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- Assist coworkers to help meet production goals.
Requirements- High School Diploma or GED.
- 6+ months manufacturing experience.
- Experience working in a regulated environment (SOPs, cGMP, audits).
- Ability to perform basic machine adjustments.
- Basic computer skills (email, internet, MS Word).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable with a positive attitude.
Work Environment- Manufacturing or laboratory setting.
- May involve handling biological materials or chemicals.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods (up to 75% of shift).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
