We're Hiring: Manufacturing Associate – Entry Level!

We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. This entry-level position is perfect for candidates with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment. You'll play a vital role in our production processes while developing valuable skills in a supportive workplace.

Location: Novato, CA
⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: Manufacturing Associate 
Pay Scale: $59,425 - $68,367 (Dependent on Experience)

What You'll Do:
∙Understanding of process theory and equipment operation
∙Ability to learn biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes including mammalian cell culture,
depth filtration, tangential flow filtration, column chromatography, protein purification and
formulation of bulk drug substance
∙Support initiatives for process optimization
∙Identify and elevate processing issues and support solutions
∙Demonstrated proficiency Gain experience with automation systems (LIMS, MES, PI, etc.)

What We're Looking For:
∙0-2 years of Manufacturing experience.
∙Biotech Certification/BA/BS preferred
∙Able to participate on project and contribute to outcomes
∙Capability to learn and support new business systems (Veeva, ERP, etc.)
∙Support trending of defined department metrics.
