Manufacturing Associate

TruBlu HR Solutions is currently hiring for Multiple Skilled Industrial Positions in a fast-paced manufacturing and maintenance environment. All roles are rotating shifts and offer competitive hourly pay based on experience. Must be able to work OT hours as needed and a rotating shift.

We are looking for reliable, safety-focused candidates with strong hands-on industrial experience in mechanical, electrical, machining, inspection, and warehouse operations.

Prove-Up (UT) Technician – $20–$24
Slitter Machine Operator – $20–$25
Electrical Technicians $16-$20
Licensed Journeyman/Apprentices (Pay DOE)

Industrial maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
Electrical controls, PLCs, and drives
Electricians
Sub Arc Welding /Double Joint Pipe Welding
SAP, ERP Systems, Accounting, Bookkeeping and Financial experience
Pipe threading and machining operations
NDT inspection (MPI, UT, EMI)
Forklift operation and heavy material handling (including long pipe handling)
Preventative maintenance and repair work
Blueprint reading and machine operation
Safety compliance in industrial environments
Supervisory experience for lead and management roles
