Manufacturing Assembly Worker
Location: Girard, Ohio
ARC Group is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembly Workers to join a production team in Girard, Ohio. This is a full-time position with paid training provided. Employees will be responsible for assembling components, following detailed work instructions, and ensuring high-quality production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, eager to learn, and able to maintain focus on detailed tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow detailed work instructions and comply with all safety rules and procedures
- Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and drawings to accurately assemble components
- Perform assigned assembly tasks, which may include wiring, soldering, and general component assembly
- Conduct visual inspections of completed work to ensure accuracy and quality standards
- Use basic computer systems for tracking tasks and production documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Meet daily and weekly production goals as assigned
- Work overtime as required based on business needs

- Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including afternoon shift, night shift, and overtime as needed
