Job Details

You will lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and post-installation support for our in-process balancing and control products on customers' precision grinding machines.
Accompany sales representatives to customer sites and deliver technical presentations tailored to each customer's grinding application.
Install company products on customers' grinding machines and run live, in-process demonstrations.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting after the demo to ensure performance and secure the final sale.
Oversee on-site setup and fine-tuning of installed products to ensure customer satisfaction.
Serve as the technical bridge between the customer, the sales team, and the product.

Looking for:
U.S. work authorization required (Green Card or valid work visa)
3+ years of professional experience in the machine tool industry
Technical high school diploma or university degree in engineering or a related field
Willingness to travel weekly (several days per trip) to customer sites
Bilingual Japanese/English preferred

Experience in any of the following areas welcomed:
Sales, demo, installation, or field service experience at a grinding machine manufacturer
Broad experience in the general machine tool and/or metrology industry
Hands-on experience operating or maintaining grinding machines in a manufacturing facility
