Soldering Repair Technician – 2nd Shift

Schedule Nights: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Repair Technician to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you will perform precision soldering and rework on Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA), including manual solder touch-up, component replacement, and repair.

The ideal candidate has hands-on soldering experience, a solid understanding of electronic assemblies, and a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual soldering, rework, and repair on PCBA components
• Conduct solder touch-ups to meet quality and IPC standards
• Replace and rework electronic components as needed
• Inspect assemblies for defects and ensure high-quality workmanship
• Follow work instructions, schematics, and technical documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Adhere to all safety and quality procedures

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience with manual soldering and electronics repair
• Familiarity with Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA)
• Ability to work with small, detailed components
• Knowledge of IPC standards (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
