Position Mission
Support the precision repair and refurbishment of industrial gas turbine components by safely operating manual machine equipment to produce high-quality, dimensionally accurate parts that ensure operational reliability and customer satisfaction.
Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Language: English or Spanish
Key Responsibilities
- Machine complex gas turbine components using manual mills and lathes.
- Assist with reverse engineering using CAD software.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Measure dimensions and tolerances with precision instruments.
- Perform mechanical assembly and disassembly as needed.
- Maintain equipment and work area safety and cleanliness.
- Identify and report defective materials or issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in industrial machining or turbine repair preferred.
- Proficiency with conventional and CNC mills and lathes required.
- Wire EDM experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of CAD and reverse engineering.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
