Manpower, Personnel, and Training Analyst

Sonalysts, Inc. is seeking a Manpower, Personnel and Training analysis as part of the Human Systems Integration (HSI) process in supporting U.S. Navy programs.  The successful candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to think creatively and solve problems, and possess strong analytical and data analysis skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Former Officer, Limited Duty Officer (LDO), Chief Warrant Officer (CWO), or Senior Enlisted (E6-E9) with a minimum of 10 years U.S. Navy Active duty experience
• Relevant manpower, personnel, training/logistics acquisition analysis experience
• Must be a U.S. citizen, possessing an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance*

Desired, but not required:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution
• Demonstrated experience in any of the following areas:
• • OPNAV N1, PERS, NAVMAC
  • Instructional Systems Designer
  • Workforce Development analysis experience
  • Navy Instructor/Master Training Specialist (MTS)

*Maintaining a U.S. Government security clearance involves periodic comprehensive background checks.  Candidates are eligible for a clearance if they have demonstrated sound financial management (including good credit) over time, are free of criminal records, have limited foreign contacts or ties, and other factors indicative of a position of trust to protect information sensitive to the U.S. Government.
