Job Title: Manhattan Consultant
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months
Must Have:
1.Manhattan WMS / Manhattan Active WM
2. Linux and Unix as well
3. Understanding of warehouse management and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of Manhattan WMS applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to warehouse management and supply chain operations.
Participate in system integration, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
Support inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping processes within Manhattan environments.
Perform root cause analysis and provide timely resolution for production incidents.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
Prepare technical and functional documentation as required.
Assist in process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS / Manhattan Active WM.
Strong understanding of warehouse management and supply chain processes.
Experience in configuration, support, implementation, or enhancement projects.
Knowledge of SQL, system integrations, APIs, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work in Agile or fast-paced project environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
