About the Role
As our Managing Director, Sales Trader, you will be the primary point of contact for our most valued buy-side clients across a broad and diversified sector coverage universe; including Technology, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Industrial Technology, Consumer & Retail, Consumer Tech, Financial Institutions and Real Estate, and Natural Resources, Energy & Industrials. You will work closely with our research analysts, sales team, and trading desk to deliver superior execution, differentiated market intelligence, and proactive idea generation across the full spectrum of your coverage. The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. Base salary: $250,000. This role offers a significant variable compensation opportunity, including but not limited to commissions, production bonuses, and an incentive plan. Total cash compensation for high performers has historically ranged from $500,000-$750,000. At Wedbush, decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
