Job Description Summary:Directs, organizes, develops, plans and evaluates the FedEx marketing policies and activities including marketing analysis, programs, technology implementation, pricing, and product development to meet the organization's objectives.Essential Functions:Leads the strategy, roadmap, development, and optimization of Pickup and Delivery experience products and capabilities across customer and operational touchpointsDirects cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, IT, Engineering, Sales, Customer Experience, and other enterprise stakeholdersOversees implementation of complex operational and technology solutions impacting pickup and delivery execution and customer experienceDefines, tracks, and reports KPIs and performance metrics to measure business impact, customer outcomes, and operational improvementsDevelops robust business cases, financial analyses, and prioritization frameworks supporting investment and product decisionsLeads and develops manager-level direct reports while fostering a high-performing, customer-focused product organizationPerforms other duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications:Ability to think strategically across portfolios containing both physical and digital product experiences while driving tactical executionExperience leading enterprise-scale product roadmaps and complex cross-functional implementationsStrong collaboration skills across Operations, IT, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Customer Experience organizationsExperience leveraging analytics, operational insights, and customer feedback to drive product and business performanceAbility to develop and communicate business plans, investment strategies, and financial assessmentsExperience with pickup and delivery operations, logistics systems, operational technology, or transportation networks preferredExperience in transportation, logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain industries preferredFormal people leadership experience, including leadership of leadersSignificant directly-related experience in product management, customer experience, operations strategy, logistics technology, or related leadership roles within a complex corporate environmentExperience leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives and operationally focused product portfoliosExperience utilizing analytics, financial analysis, and customer insights to drive strategic decision-makingMinimum Education:Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in marketing, business administration or related field.Minimum Experience:Significant directly related experience in marketing and sales in a corporate environment including demonstrably successful management experience (e.g. high performance ratings).Experience in marketing and information analysis.Experience in promotion, research and pricing, financial analysis, and telemarketing.More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
