- Define and deliver a personalized, five-star guest and resident experience while maintaining operational discipline.
- Manage financial performance, asset value, and long-term planning, fostering owner relationships and market presence.
- Build a top-tier team, cultivate a strong associate culture, and lead the property's Five Drivers of success: engagement, experience, revenue, efficiency, and asset sustainability.
- Oversee operational functions including rooms, F&B, sales, engineering, security, and IT, ensuring standards and compliance.
Qualifications include 5+ years in senior luxury hospitality roles, financial expertise, strong market knowledge, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, and experience managing high-profile properties. Preferred experience includes condo-hotels, high-rise operations, and familiarity with Miami's luxury market.
