Seeking a Managing Director to lead on-site at a PE-backed middle-market manufacturer, serving as the top operating leader with full executive authority from Day 1 through exit.
Responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, owning the value-creation and 100-day plans, driving EBITDA and margin improvements, managing M&A integration, and engaging with stakeholders such as customers, investors, and lenders.
Requirements include 25+ years of senior leadership experience (CEO, COO, GM), proven success in PE-backed transformations, excellent communication skills, and a relevant degree (MBA preferred). Prior experience in manufacturing and lean/OpEx methodologies is a plus.
