Position: Managing Director, CFO Services
Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid)
Compensation: $750,000 to $1,100,000+ (based on experience)

We are currently seeking candidates for a Managing Director (CFO Services) position located in West Palm Beach, FL 33401. The role is with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed consulting and advisory firm that is seeking a Managing Director, Office of the CFO (OCFO) to join its leadership team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial finance executive to help scale a high-growth practice while advising middle-market companies, private equity sponsors, lenders, and executive teams on complex financial and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic finance, accounting advisory, finance transformation, and transaction-related engagements
  • Advise CEOs, CFOs, Boards, and private equity investors on complex financial and operational initiatives
  • Drive business development and client relationship management efforts
  • Mentor and develop consulting teams while helping build the practice
  • Lead finance transformation, ERP implementation, FP&A, and performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in consulting, strategic finance, investment banking, or performance improvement
  • Previous Investment Banking or Management Consulting experience required
  • Proven leadership experience managing complex client engagements and teams
  • Strong business development and relationship-building capabilities
  • Open to significant travel (domestic)
  • Experience working with middle-market and private equity-backed companies preferred
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
