KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director and Head of Emerging Technology Platforms to join our KPMG Internationals Global Technology and Knowledge Group.
Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate a visionary strategy for emerging technology platforms, including the AI and cross-functional platform products, ensuring their build, run and evolve strategies align with KPMGs long-term goals and technological advancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and requirements, driving the integration of emerging platforms and AI agents to meet the evolving needs of KPMGs global network and member firms
Design and implement a comprehensive roadmap that introduces innovative digital capabilities, influencing the trajectory of technology solutions across KPMG
Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners to effectively leverage AI innovations and emerging technologies
Facilitate collaboration between member firms and global functions to identify opportunities for delivering enhanced services related to AI and emerging technologies within the KPMG network; ensure Air Traffic Control is managed smoothly for successful onboarding, implementation and use of the emerging technologies
Work with internal and external development, run and maintain teams to ensure successful operations and support of the emerging technologies including core platform and global applications; act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMGs respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
Minimum 20 years of recent experience in senior roles involving complex decision-making, with a proven track record of adaptability, consistent performance during change and effective communication across teams to ensure smooth execution
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
Deep knowledge of strategic solution delivery models and organizational design, with the ability to drive innovation, continuous improvement and align resources to emerging opportunities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives
Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, motivate cross-functional groups and manage through uncertainty while ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and oversee multiple initiatives, develop strategic plans and lead transformation efforts in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
