Role Summary

As a Manager in Capgemini Invent's Supply Chain Advisory practice, you will lead procurement‑focused advisory engagements that help clients unlock value, resilience, and competitive advantage. This role blends deep procurement expertise with a consulting mindset, leveraging AI, GenAI, and agentic capabilities to elevate strategy, decision‑making, and execution. You will work closely with senior client leaders, shape high‑impact solutions, and develop teams delivering AI‑enabled procurement transformation.

Your Role

  • Lead procurement strategy and transformation engagements, driving measurable value across cost, risk, and performance using AI‑enabled insights.
  • Advise senior executives on sourcing, category management, and operating models, embedding GenAI‑driven decision intelligence into core processes.
  • Design future‑state procurement organizations that leverage automation, analytics, and agentic workflows to improve speed and scalability.
  • Translate complex spend, supplier, and performance data into clear, executive‑ready recommendations supported by advanced analytics and GenAI.
  • Shape client solutions and proposals, articulating the business impact of AI‑enabled procurement and supply chain advisory.
  • Manage and mentor consulting teams, building strong analytical rigor, executive presence, and AI fluency.
  • Contribute to practice growth through asset development, thought leadership, and innovation in intelligent procurement.

Qualifications & Experience

Must Have

  • 7-12 years' experience within a procurement or supply chain consulting practice, leading workstreams or engagements for enterprise clients.
  • Strong expertise in procurement strategy, strategic sourcing, category management, spend analysis, and operating model design.
  • Proven ability to apply AI, GenAI, or advanced analytics to drive better procurement decisions and outcomes.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and executive‑level storytelling skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing high‑performing consulting teams.

Nice to Have

  • Broader exposure to adjacent supply chain areas (planning, logistics, manufacturing, or end‑to‑end analytics).
  • Hands‑on experience with GenAI use cases, agentic decision support, or intelligent automation in procurement.
  • Industry depth in Industrial, Automotive, Consumer Products, or Life Sciences.
  • Experience contributing to thought leadership, reusable assets, or go‑to‑market initiatives.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $135,900 to $200,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
