The Managing Clerk will oversee all aspects of docketing and court filings, ensuring compliance with applicable rules and deadlines. The firm is highly regarded for it's diverse leadership team, dedication to pro bono work, and dedication to taking complex litigation matters to trial.DescriptionManage and maintain the firm's docketing and calendaring system to ensure deadlines are met.Oversee court filings, including electronic filings, ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures.Provide guidance to attorneys and staff on procedural requirements for filings and deadlines.Monitor and update case deadlines and schedules, communicating changes to relevant teams.Train and mentor staff on docketing and filing systems.Work closely with attorneys to support litigation and transactional matters.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal proceedings and filings.Stay informed of updates to court rules and procedures, ensuring the firm's practices remain compliant.
