The position is hybrid and the attorney must reside within driving distance of our office. We are offering a $25,000 signing bonus and relocation package.Managing Attorney – McLean, VA Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, seeks an experienced Managing Attorney to oversee daily operations, productivity, and profitability of the McLean office while handling diverse family law cases.Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, productivity, and profitability of the McLean, VA office.Lead, mentor, and develop legal staff through training, motivation, and support.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR on recruitment and policy compliance.Coordinate with other leaders to ensure cross‑departmental support.Conduct client consultations and provide legal advice on family law matters.Represent clients in court, prepare legal documents, and negotiate settlements.Qualifications Five or more years of devoted Family Law experience.Must be within commuting distance to our McLean, VA office.Skilled in mentoring and leading a team, fostering collaboration.Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client‑focused mindset.Proficient in client counseling, case preparation, case management, and courtroom representation.Active admission to the Virginia State Bar.Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $190,000–$250,000, inclusive of potential commissions based on billable hours and collections.
