Position Title: Manager, Workflow & Training
Reports To: Director, Operations Support
Position Summary:
The Manager, Workflow & Systems Training is responsible for leading and optimizing the Workflow & Systems Training Team to ensure operational consistency, efficiency, and successful system adoption across all Onsite Women’s Health centers. This role oversees the strategic assignment and deployment of team members to new center installs, employee training initiatives, and ongoing support needs, ensuring seamless integration of workflows and systems into daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Performance & Continuous Improvement:
o Create and maintain reports, feedback forms, and follow-up meetings to evaluate training effectiveness
o Identify and address training gaps, proactively implementing improvements to enhance learning outcomes and employee retention
o Review operational KPI’s related to workflow and systems training to support Operations Directors and Area Mangers in proactively resolving issues
o Work alongside the Director of Operations Support to conduct workflow efficiency studies as needed-identifying opportunities for better time management among field staff
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the OTD team and across the broader OWH organization.
o Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality protocols, maintaining patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
· Additional Duties as Assigned:
o Perform any other duties assigned to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Desired Skills and Experience:
· Clinical background required (Registered Mammography Technologist)
· Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in clinical and operations training.
· Strong understanding of mammography workflows and regulatory requirements (MQSA familiarity strongly preferred).
· Experience coordinating clinical training or support across multiple sites or regions.
· Demonstrated ability to design and manage training programs
· Respond to day-to-day issues involving the Workflow & Systems Team
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
· Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Ability and willingness to travel as needed to support training needs
· Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented healthcare environment.
· Travel required for on-site support and training activities.
Physical Requirements:
· The duties described above will require frequent standing and walking, the employee will frequently bend/stoop, twist and turn.
