Summary: 4over's Manager of Workflow & Color Compliance is at the center of driving our manufacturing strategies throughout our production systems & color compliance practices. This position will partner with the operations leadership to identify and develop best practices to implement throughout our multiple production facilities. This position requires strong communication across cross-functional teams to identify, maintain and improve color conformance, imaging quality, performance reporting, and strategically align the operations organization to scale with continuous revenue growth
Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000 commensurate with experience
