Job Details

We're seeking a strategic and technically credible digital leader to serve as the owner of a high-impact enterprise website that supports multiple audiences across the country. This role combines digital strategy, user experience, analytics, governance, and project leadership to ensure the website remains a trusted, engaging, and high-performing platform.

You'll establish website governance standards, develop the digital roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and partner with internal stakeholders and external development agencies to deliver exceptional digital experiences. Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically, managing multiple priorities, influencing stakeholders, and diving into the details when needed.

Responsibilities include:

Own the website strategy, roadmap, and governance framework for a high-traffic enterprise website.
Develop standards for content management, accessibility, usability, performance, data privacy, and brand consistency.
Drive continuous improvements to the user experience through analytics, testing, audience segmentation, and customer journey optimization.
Prioritize website enhancements and manage content updates while balancing organizational objectives and stakeholder needs.
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, communications, technology, and business leaders to translate strategic goals into digital solutions.
Manage external web development and creative partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest level of quality.
Monitor website performance, security, accessibility, analytics, and overall site health while identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on website governance, digital best practices, and user experience.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience managing enterprise or high-traffic websites.
Experience establishing website governance, content standards, and approval workflows.
Strong understanding of UX, website architecture, CMS platforms, accessibility (WCAG), SEO, analytics, and performance optimization.
Experience managing web development agencies or external technology partners.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and web analytics platforms.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
