The Manager, Value Capture Operations oversees daily manufacturing activities across multiple cells, ensuring excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) through lean methods and the EBOS system.
- They lead a team of technicians and leads, driving performance and engagement, while developing strategic plans aligned with company goals.
- Responsible for managing production schedules, capacity planning, inventory, and addressing bottlenecks in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and Kaizen activities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Foster a safety-focused culture, develop talent, and ensure compliance with safety policies.
- Participate in production when needed, support new product transfers, and manage KPIs and budgets.
- Requires a degree or equivalent experience, leadership skills, ERP proficiency, and strong organizational abilities. Physical demands include working in diverse environments and occasional lifting.
