Your Role at Sephora:
This role oversees the coordination and movement of fixtures, equipment, materials, and supplies to project sites to ensure execution aligns with project timelines, budget expectations, and operational goals. The position provides both tactical and strategic support in transportation planning, vendor management, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
The Manager works cross-functionally with Store Development, Construction, Procurement, Distribution Centers, and external logistics partners to drive efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve service levels. This individual will play a key role in developing transportation metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage transportation and logistics activities for store development projects
- Coordinate deliveries of fixtures, equipment, signage, and construction materials to project sites
- Develop transportation schedules aligned with project timelines and store opening dates
- Collaborate with store development, construction, and procurement
- Oversee carrier selection, vendor performance, and freight cost management
- Ensure timely and accurate shipment tracking, delivery confirmations, and issue resolution
- Manage transportation budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Monitor compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Resolve transportation delays, damages, and service-related issues
- Analyze transportation performance metrics and prepare operational reports
- Conduct site logistics planning to support efficient project execution
- Maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers and carriers
What You’ll Brin
- Logistics or BA/BS degree/experience strongly preferred
- Preferred 2-3+ years analytical experience working in Logistics and Forwarding management
- Previous experience with foreign suppliers and providers, all modes of Transportation
- Previous experience or ability to quickly develop proficiency with transportation systems
- Project leadership experience
- Logistics systems user experience preferred, Smart Sheets, Excel, Power Point
- Ability to travel up to 25 %

What You’ll Get:
The annual base salary range for this position is $108,460.00 - $121,220.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
