Position: Manager Transplant & Cell Therapy
Location: Cancer Hematology Clinic, Winston-Salem NC

Knowledge of HCT and cellular therapy processes, including mobilization, apheresis, conditioning regimens, HCT/cellular product infusion, pre and post TCT patient care, chimeric antigen receptor T- cell (CAR T) therapies and complications, Center for International Blood & Marrow Research (CIBMTR) reporting, and standards of the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT) preferred.
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and attentiveness to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment. Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to closely follow established procedures. Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports. Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments. Experience and/or knowledge of chemotherapy, mobilization, apheresis, and transplantation and cellular therapy treatment plans. Understanding of patient safety vein-to-vein, chain of custody/identity workflows. Advanced knowledge of FACT safety principles, methods, and procedures and Center for International Blood & Marrow Research (CIBMTR) reporting. Knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations, guidelines, and standards for the provision of HCT and Cellular Therapy services.
