Position Purpose:
The Manager, Pro Trade Credit - Trade Credit Services, leads the credit & collections management for the Pro Trade Credit program. Focus is on developing and managing processes for the trade credit services team and customer support functions related to existing customer credit and collections management. This is including but not limited to, direct management of a credit operations team, development of credit underwriting and collection policies and processes, customer servicing functions, receivables management, development and adherence to compliance and reporting requirements, program operations and improvements, and loss mitigation and collections strategies. This role works cross functionally with internal and external partners (including Information Technology, Product Managers, Operations, Accounting, Compliance, third-party vendors, and others) to develop and implement a trade credit management functions and strategies that supports strategic initiatives.
This role requires strong team management, deep understanding of commercial credit underwriting and collections processes, call center and customer service functions, and the ability to effectively communicate and influence partners to support and execute solutions.
