Description

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Test and Product Engineers, technicians, and related technical staff.
  • Drive the design and implementation of new semiconductor testing and burn-in capabilities.
  • Manage test development projects from planning through execution, including methodology development, analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Establish engineering standards, documentation processes, specifications, and operational best practices.
  • Define and execute technology roadmaps to support future testing capabilities and business requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and resolve technical or operational challenges.
  • Support manufacturing operations through sustained engineering improvements focused on quality, productivity, cycle time, and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop engineering talent while fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance.
  • Manage departmental budgets, expenditures, policies, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Stay current with advancements in automated test equipment, processes, and semiconductor testing technologies.

Profile

  • At least 10 years of hands-on electrical test engineering experience.
  • Strong expertise in analog, digital, memory, and mixed-signal testing methodologies.
  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams and complex technical projects.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and build high-performing engineering teams.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of electronic components, test methodologies, diagnostics, and debug techniques.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working collaboratively across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and customer-facing teams.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong commitment to quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
