About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a Manager of Tenant Coordination (MTC) to join our regional office located in Westport, Connecticut. The overall purpose of this role is to guide new tenants through every phase from lease execution to store opening. In this role, you will ensure that all projects align with lease requirements, timelines, and operational standards-ultimately driving on-time rent commencement. The MTC acts as the main liaison between tenants, leasing agents, property managers, and project managers, orchestrating the tenant improvement process while maintaining a strong focus on communication, schedule adherence, and lease compliance.
