Job Summary and Qualifications We are seeking a Manager Technical Product to lead the continued evolution of application development within the Application Services organization. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end technical delivery across planning, execution, testing, release readiness, and post-release stabilization while partnering closely with product, engineering, QA, architecture, project leadership, and business stakeholders.This is a hands-on delivery leadership role for someone who can manage scope, dependencies, risks, timelines, team coordination, and release execution across a complex enterprise application environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of technical fluency, delivery discipline, and stakeholder management, with the ability to keep cross-functional teams aligned and delivery moving forward.RESPONSIBILITIESLead end-to-end technical delivery for application enhancements, releases, and major workstreams from planning through production deployment and stabilization. Coordinate across product, engineering, QA, architecture, project leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure work is defined, sequenced, tested, and delivered successfully. Build and manage delivery plans, track milestones, identify dependencies, and drive execution against committed timelines. Own technical delivery readiness across environments, testing, release activities, defect management, and post-launch support. Partners with product and engineering teams while ensuring backlog priorities are translated into executable delivery plans with appropriate sequencing and dependency management. Drive cross-team coordination for sprint execution, integration points, release preparation, and go-live support. Facilitate status reporting, delivery reviews, governance discussions, and stakeholder communications related to scope, progress, risks, and decisions. Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, blockers, and competing priorities; escalate issues appropriately and drive resolution. Coordinate UAT and release readiness activities in partnership with QA, business stakeholders, and support teams. Support operational transition and production stabilization by ensuring teams are prepared for deployment, issue triage, and follow-up actions. Monitor delivery metrics and continuously improve execution processes across planning, testing, release management, and team coordination. Partner with vendors and internal teams to align resources, timelines, and accountability across the DRW delivery model.Lead end-to-end technical delivery for DRW enhancements, releases, and major workstreams from planning through production deployment and stabilization. What qualifications you will need: QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in: System Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5 or more years of experience in technical delivery management, program delivery, application delivery, or a related leadership role. Experience leading delivery for enterprise applications across development, QA, UAT, release, and production support phases. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile delivery practices, sprint execution, defect management, and release coordination. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies, competing priorities, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Experience working closely with product managers, developers, QA teams, architects, and business stakeholders. Strong technical fluency with the ability to understand architecture, integrations, environments, and delivery implications without needing to be the primary coder. Strong communication, facilitation, and executive-ready status reporting skills. Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to drive action and accountability across multiple teams.Experience supporting healthcare revenue cycle or other healthcare operational applications. Experience leading delivery in workflow-based or case-management-style application environments. Experience with release management, production deployment coordination, and post-go-live stabilization. Familiarity with vendor or offshore delivery coordination.
