Manager, Talent Development
Position Summary
The Manager, Talent Development is responsible for leading enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives that support Sonrava Health’s mission to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care. This role will design and implement onboarding programs, leadership development strategies, performance management processes, and culture-building initiatives to strengthen employee capability and company performance across a multi-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Learning Development
Design, implement, and continuously improve onboarding programs to drive readiness and early productivity
Develop role-based curricula for clinical, operational, and corporate employees as needed
Deliver scalable learning solutions (instructor-led, virtual, and digital)
Design and oversee our learning delivery model across multiple delivery platfoirms
Measure training effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements
Leadership Development
Design and facilitate leadership development programs, with a focus on first-time leaders
Build leadership capabilities in coaching, engagement, and performance management
Partner with business leaders to identify and address development needs
Performance Management
Own and manage the company’s performance management process in partnership with Total Rewards and HRBPs
Enable leaders with tools and training for effective performance conversations
Promote a culture of continuous feedback and accountability
Culture & Values
Lead initiatives to embed Sonrava Health’s values and behavioral standards across the organization
Develop and execute a culture roadmap that reinforces a consistent patient-first approach
Partner with leadership to integrate values into daily operations
Employee Recognition
Design and implement employee recognition programs aligned with company values
Ensure consistency and scalability across locations
Support leaders in reinforcing a culture of recognition
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
6–8+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development
Instructional and leadership program design experience
Preferred experience in managing or key involvement in performance management processes
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
1-2 years people leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in talent development efforts in highly distributed, field environment (healthcare, dental, or patient-focused organizations preferred)
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
Experience with LMS platforms and learning analytics
