Manager System Nursing Practice & Innovation
Department: Patient Education
Location: Novant Health Frontis Plaza, Winston Salem, NC
Schedule: Full-Time, Days - 8am to 5pm (no weekends)
The Manager System Nursing Practice & Innovation will work for the Patient Education Department providing operational leadership and oversight for nursing practice, research, and innovation throughout Novant Health. They will collaborate with organizational leaders and manages interdependencies across divisions.

What We're Looking For:
- Education: Graduate Degree, required. PhD, required. PhD or DNP.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of combined advanced clinical practice in a specialty area and leadership, required.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Current RN Licensure in appropriate state
- Certification in nursing leadership
- Certification in area of specialty
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with organizational leaders and manages interdependencies across divisions.
- Proactively identifies and coordinates resources, stimulates interest and engagement in system initiatives, and executes system strategies for nursing excellence.
- Leads a group of clinical practice specialists and nurse scientists
- Monthly Check ins
- Ensure all Novant initiatives are in line
- Removes barriers for the clinical practice specialists
- Networks across the Novant Health System
- Conducts research
- Assists in any future facility integrations with policy coordination
