The Manager of Supply Chain Shared Services is a corporate-level leadership position that manages clinical and operational changes for the large scale, enterprise implementation of HCA’s next generation EHR platform and Data Integrity. This position requires an in-depth understanding and appreciation for supply chain processes, supporting technologies and capabilities, limitations, and impact on clinical and operational practice. This includes collaborating with supply chain operations to design and implement changes in workflow, while also maximizing adoption and usability. This role ensures that HCA’s strategic goals are supported and informed by the appropriate EHR strategies by collaborating with CSG, ITG, and HCA executives to define EHR and implementation solutions that align with and elevate organizational goals.
Responsible for the delivery of all supply chain EHR implementation strategies for our new EHR platform and system data integrity among multiple systems. Ensures that our next generation EHR platform program delivers value to the organization and the service lines supported specifically in both the short- and long-term.
Actively works with supply chain shared services leadership at the corporate, division, and facility level to develop vision, strategy, direction, and plans and to ensure execution and implementation. Works directly with the Supply Chain Operations and Surgical Services team to ensure appropriate item file preparation, preference card management, change management for post implementation maintenance and alignment to CSG and facility surgical services resources to drive system design decisions. Collaborates with the Expanse Implementation Team to ensure successful change management strategies, workflow-based training, and knowledgeable end-user support.
