Position SummaryThe Manager, SOX Governance & Reporting helps run and improve the company's SOX Compliance Hub. This includes managing governance processes, creating reports, supporting leadership meetings, and tracking performance.You'll work with teams across the company (e.g., audit, IT, finance) to ensure SOX activities are clear, organized, and consistently executed. The role focuses on turning complex data into clear insights and executive-level updates.What You'll DoGovernance & OperationsOrganize leadership meetings and governance forumsPrepare agendas, materials, and track decisions/action itemsEnsure follow-ups are completedMaintain governance documents and proceduresReporting & AnalyticsBuild dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reportsTrack metrics like:SOX issues and trendsRemediation progressAudit findingsControl effectivenessCreate regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)Identify improvement opportunitiesCommunicationCreate presentations and leadership updatesSupport change management effortsDevelop clear, executive-ready materialsPromote awareness of SOX initiativesProject & Strategy SupportTrack SOX-related projects and initiativesMaintain project plans, risks, and milestonesSupport annual planning and roadmap developmentHelp improve governance and reporting processesTechnology & DataMaintain reporting data and documentationSupport GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) toolsHelp automate reporting and improve data qualityEnhance dashboards and analytics toolsWhat Success Looks LikeClear visibility into performanceStrong accountability and follow-throughWell-structured governance processesHigh-quality executive communicationRequired Experience5+ years in areas like:SOX ComplianceInternal AuditFinanceRisk or Program ManagementStrong analytical and reporting skillsAdvanced PowerPoint and ExcelAbility to create executive-level presentationsStrong communication skillsPreferred (Nice to Have)Certifications (CPA, CIA, PMP, MBA)Experience in SOX, audit, or compliance teamsExperience with Optro (GRC platform)Skills in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.Experience in large or highly regulated companiesEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
