Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, team members, and stakeholders to ensure IT fully understands their needs and delivers effective solutions
  • Proactively pre-coordinate and clearly communicate business processes and technology solutions to stakeholders, fostering alignment and shared understanding
  • Facilitate integration across business units, IT teams, and external partners to promote collaboration, prevent silos, and align solution delivery with organizational objectives
  • Partner with business leadership to develop, validate, and maintain strategic plans, prioritizing initiatives that deliver the highest value aligned with organizational goals
  • Monitor ongoing projects and initiatives to ensure they meet expected outcomes, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or risks
  • Assist in creating and maintaining Management Action Plans, project charters, one-page plans, and status reports in accordance with EIT standards
  • Serve as Product Owner or Product Manager for Agile/Scrum teams, optimizing delivery processes and coordinating activities across multiple teams to maximize efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for business partners to leverage technology for improved performance and outcomes
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to select and implement cost-effective, scalable solutions that adhere to established principles and best practices
  • Maintain a deep understanding of IT capabilities to recommend and deliver optimal solutions to business challenges
  • Navigate and escalate project roadblocks, balancing IT and business priorities to ensure timely resolution
  • Manage relationships with vendors and consultants, including contract oversight
  • Participate in budget planning and management to ensure financial accountability
  • Provide leadership and oversight to direct reports, including coaching, performance management, and professional development to foster a high-performing team
  • Drive accountability by clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and expectations for all team members and stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards
  • Ensure quality of delivery by establishing and enforcing best practices, standards, and metrics through solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support phases. Continuously evaluate outcomes and implement improvements to enhance effectiveness and user satisfaction
