How You'll Make a Difference

As our Service Manager, you'll provide leadership, direction, and support for the branch service operation. You'll help ensure exceptional customer experiences, maintain a strong safety culture, develop team members, and drive profitable growth. Your leadership will help keep equipment running, customers satisfied, and our team moving forward together.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Service Department, including financial performance, customer service, safety, training, and process improvement.
  • Coach, develop, and support service team members while fostering accountability, quality workmanship, and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong customer relationships through regular communication, problem resolution, and proactive support of key service accounts.
  • Manage departmental resources, fleet vehicles, vendor relationships, equipment, tooling, and facility needs while maintaining budget goals.
What You'll Bring
  • Leadership experience with a passion for coaching, developing, and motivating teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage performance, priorities, and customer expectations.
  • Mechanical aptitude and service industry experience, preferably in forklift repair, equipment rental, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
