This role reports to the Sr. Manager, SCM US Downstream Operations, and leads supply chain activities at the Toledo Refinery.
It manages indirect goods/services, oversees sourcing, contracting, and performance management, and partners with the refinery leadership to deliver cost-effective, value-driven supply chain solutions.
Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, driving cost savings, leading team hiring and development, ensuring compliance, and fostering collaboration across SCM functions.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years of procurement experience, including 5+ years managing a team, and are legally authorized to work in the US.
This position emphasizes continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards to support operational and financial goals.
