This role is an employee position responsible for leading Supply Chain Management activities at the Toledo Refinery.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, SCM US Downstream Operations, it oversees indirect goods/services, manages the local sourcing and contracting team, and supports sourcing, contract administration, and performance management.
The role partners with the refinery leadership to deliver cost-effective, efficient supply chain solutions, optimize spend, and mitigate risks aligned with operational goals.
Key responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, driving cost savings, leading hiring and employee development, fostering collaboration across SCM teams, and ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.
Candidates should have over 10 years of procurement experience, including 5+ years managing teams, and be authorized to work in the US.
